Healing and Meditation

Healing is to heal our body, mind and spirit, as our existence is in three bodies physical, mental-emotional, spiritual body. When we are balanced within three bodies we feel wholeness within us. We become more compassionate full of wisdom. We get healed of all layers of our existence.

Guided meditation is external method of meditation, where we are taking  guidance from outside, finally we reach within at core of our existence where we get guidance from our higher self. Throughout the process we grow in our personal and spiritual life.

Meditation is our nature. Healing is our right. Through meditation we open the doors of love, intimacy, creativity and expansion. When we experience expansion of consciousness we learn to flow with the existence. We flow with the life, with  the energies of life, with happenings in our life. We experience the ‘self’. The essence of being is living in the moment and meditation is a tool to know the nature of the ‘self’.

Osho said:-

Eating- simply be with it.

Walking- simply walk, be there.

Don’t go ahead, don’t jump here and there.

Mind always go ahead or lags behind. Remain with that moment. Witness and watch  and accept as you are, that is a whole secret. Once you will start witnessing you will experience silence, nothingness. You are there and you are not there. You are doing meditation and you are dissolved completely in your being.....
